As a part of the Society of Indiana Pioneers, we have the privilege of joining with others to celebrate the pioneer era. Whether you have an ancestor from Indiana or an affinity for the time period, I welcome you to learn about the Indiana frontier, search for your ancestors, or engage in felicitous discussion about our pioneer past.
We hope you take part in some of our programs such as our online “Sip with SIP,” an upcoming pilgrimage, one of our intergenerational programs, or a casual rally. If you have friends or relatives who should be part of the Society please consider giving them a membership or bringing them to one of our programs. The personal connection with new friends is a value of our organization that should not be overlooked. You will find our members to be fun, challenging, and articulate. Our connections with fellow members – our shared humanity – are a wonderful gift for us to enjoy together.
Sincerely,
Ronald V. Morris
President
