Join us for a rain-or-shine day at the Limberlost State Historic Site in Geneva, designed to captivate young generations of Pioneers (children and grandchildren of members). It’s also a day all ages will enjoy, and all are welcome.
Enjoy an interactive day that includes:
- A guided tour of the Limberlost Cabin
- A hike to Rainbow Bottom to see the giant sycamore trees
- A tour of the Ceylon Covered Bridge, the last covered bridge on the Wabash River
- A “match game” on how well you know Gene Stratton Porter
- A wildlife program and other activities
- A box lunch is included!
The event will be on Thursday, July 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The cost is $25 per person before May 1; after May 1 it’s $35. Space is limited to the first 40 reservations, so don’t delay! The deadline is June 15.
