The Society of Indiana Pioneers John H. Holliday Award

This award is given to encourage the study of pioneer history by students in grades K-12. Up to two $1,000 awards are given annually to a history class, club, or similar entity sponsored by a school or not-for-profit educational organization.[CLICK the box to explore.]

Field Trip Grants

To encourage field trips related to early Indiana history, the Society of Indiana Pioneers annually awards up to 10 field trip grants of $500 to classes that would otherwise lack the means to travel. [CLICK the box to explore.]
